1. General
This document is a public offer in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus. By placing an order via the website, phone, messenger, or making payment, the customer accepts these terms.
2. Service
The Company provides private chauffeur and transfer services including: • A vehicle with a driver • Transportation along the agreed route • Additional services on request
3. Booking
Orders can be placed via the website, phone, or messaging apps. The order is confirmed upon acknowledgment by the Company. The customer must provide accurate information: • Contact details • Route • Date and time of travel
4. Payment
The price is agreed individually for each booking. Payment options: • Cash • Bank transfer • Online payment (where available) The Company may require a prepayment.
5. Cancellation Policy
• 24+ hours before the trip: free cancellation • Less than 24 hours: up to 100% cancellation fee • No-show: 100% of the trip cost Route or time changes are possible by agreement and may affect the price.
6. Obligations
The Company undertakes to: • Provide a roadworthy vehicle • Arrive at the agreed time and location • Ensure courteous service The customer undertakes to: • Arrive at the pickup point on time • Comply with conduct rules • Not damage the vehicle or its equipment
7. Liability
The Company is not liable for: • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third parties • Passenger lateness If the vehicle is damaged by the customer, the customer is liable to compensate the full cost of repairs.
8. Force Majeure
The parties are released from liability in the event of circumstances beyond their control, including: • Natural disasters • Military actions • Government restrictions
9. Personal Data
The customer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this website.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
11. Final Provisions
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms. The current version is always available at Comfortline.by.
